This is more or less of the same. It's more or less okay. But this movie not being tied to the play entirely changed the whole structure, getting rid of the format and all the music.
The (intentionally constructed) jokes are mostly so-so, But the overall story is more or less all right.

But Lyosha's flamboyancy after the three movies is really bothersome. This is the only trait of a one-dimensional character and that one is irritating. An "offensive" joke for the sake of itself, that doesn't work and got old back in the 2000s. The only thing that remains is a feature-length annoyance.
